Cecy Tarrant works in OM New Zealand as a Finance Assistant, working to connect the NZ church with overseas mission as well as support more than 50 Kiwis working overseas. Purchases of books or other saleable items are eligible for refund within 30 days, so long as the goods are returned to us and remain of merchantable quality. The refund will be limited to the cost originally paid for the goods, not including postage, packing, or the cost of return to OM NZ.

Donations to OM NZ are generally not refundable unless made in genuine error, and we are notified of the error within 48 hours. In some circumstances, if the donation has already been sent overseas, we may not be able to refund donations.

For books and other goods purchased from OM NZ, orders may be cancelled before despatch for a full refund.
